Leadership

Lem Lane has served as pastor of Covenant Community since 2018. Lem is a lifelong resident of Lake Butler. He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Ashley for over 20 years. They have four children, Dalton, Dylan, Emma and Everett. Lem serves as Lead Pastor and is currently enrolled at Reformed Baptist Seminary.

Ray Cason has served as pastor of Covenant Community Church since December 2023. He and Kelly have been married for 28 years and have lived in Lake Butler since 2018. Ray is a retired Navy Chief Petty Officer and is currently working for the Gainesville VA Medical Center. They have five children that were born in five different states.

Dylan Harrison has served as pastor of Covenant Community Church since December 2023.  He has been married to his wife, Sasha for 10 years and they have four children. Dylan is the project manager for a swimming pool company and they currently reside in Starke, Fl.
