The goodness of the King's creation

The World wants to cancel any notion of a divine work in connection with the universe. They want an “uncaused universe” or a random chaotic explosion of existence. They assume they can remove the Divine Creator and still retain order, beauty, and purpose in this world. Genesis 1:3-25 puts on display for us the glory of God through his creative, orderly, and purposeful work in the six days of creation. The creation narrative is a portrait of the glory of God that Moses puts on display for God’s people contemplate. In Genesis 1:3-25 we will see together the good for the King’s creation.
